TOURNAMENT LOCATION

  • JJVA Training Center 8457 Western Way, Jacksonville, FL 32256
  • **Note: JJVA is a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking at all on the grounds. Additionally, no grills are allowed in the parking lot during any events.
  • Full concessions (Including Chick-Fil-A) will be available during tournaments. 
  • No outside food, drinks, deliveries, or coolers will be allowed in the facility at any time. 
  • Due to allergies, we do not allow any pets in the facility. Service animals are always permitted with proper documentation. 
  • The JJVA Training Facility has ample seating available at all courts and does not allow lawn chairs in the facility.

Tournament Guide

  • 3 Matches Guaranteed. 
  • Mini Club Tournaments DO NOT enforce USAV uniform requirements. Each shirt/jersey must have a number. 
  • The Spooky Spikes Mini Club Tournament is part of the Mini Club Cup Series. A Mini Club Cup will be awarded to the club amassing the most points (point system based on team placement in JJVA Mini Club series tournaments throughout the season, i.e., 1st place =10 points, 2nd place = 8 points, etc.) at the Spooky Spikes Championships in October.
  • Themed gifts/awards will be awarded to first-place teams. 

SPECTATOR TICKETS 

Tickets are $15 per day. Admission under 5 Years old is free. Ticket sales open seven days before any event.

REGISTRATION

Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only after completing online registration and payment. 

COST

$150/Team

REBATES

  • Clubs attending all three events will receive a rebate of $50/Team. 
  • Clubs unable to attend all three events but bring more than five teams will receive a rebate of $25/Team. 
  • Rebates are not combined. $50/team is the maximum rebate. 
  • Rebate checks will be mailed after the mini-club season has been completed.

*There are ZERO ($0) credit card fees charged for clubs using a credit card to register

Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs after 10/14/24
