Club Team Program Philosophy
The JJVA Club Volleyball program is perfect for competitive volleyball players who wish to continue building skills and compete in both one and two-day events in the Jacksonville area. Our club division offers training from our JJVA coaches twice a week in the evenings, and teams will enjoy a competitive tournament schedule without the expense and commitment of out-of-town travel.

Pre-Tryout Clinics
October 28th and 30th | Ages 10U-18U
6:15 PM – 7:45 PM | $50 Registration Fee*
7:45 PM – 9:15 PM | $50 Registration Fee*
* $50 Registration Fee Includes Both Dates

Tryout Costs
Registration Cost:
- $100, if registered before October 25th, 2024
- $150, if registered after October 25th, 2024
- $175, if registered day of the tryout
All Tryout Fees are Non-Refundable
*Once registered, commitment forms, tuition information, waivers, and tentative tournament schedules will be emailed to parents BEFORE tryouts. This package must be reviewed and digitally signed BEFORE tryouts in order to tryout.
TRYOUT PROCESS
All athletes will be assigned a number to be evaluated by our coaching staff.
Tryout Format, Team Placement, & Team Commitment
- Serve & Serve Reception Training & Evaluations
- Individual Positional Training & Evaluations
- 6 vs. 6 Competition Evaluations
EACH PLAYER MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IN ATTENDANCE DURING THE LAST HOUR OF THE TRYOUT to complete the team commitment process. (See more below)
PLAYER COMMITMENT PROCESS
At the conclusion of Tryouts, each athlete selected will be offered a roster placement.
Once this roster placement has been offered, athletes and parents must complete the commitment process on-site. If an athlete decides NOT to accept the roster placement offered, that athlete will be free to end their tryout process and the next highest evaluated athlete in that position will be considered for that specific roster placement.
Boys Club Teams (10U-12U)

10U (DOB July 1, 2014, & After), 11U (DOB July 1, 2013, & After), 12U (DOB July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013)
- Player Check-In – 8:30 AM
- Tryout Time – 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM

If you plan to be absent from a practice or game, submit the impending absence form (Link Above) to your coach BEFORE the scheduled absence.
All Training is conducted by JJVA Staff Coaches and Club Team Coaches.
