Boys Positional Training Clinics

The JJVA positional training clinics are designed to provide athletes with an opportunity to train based on their position. Sessions are designed in order to help athletes fully comprehend the important responsibilities within each of the positions and skills. Drills are designed in increasing level of difficulty both physically and mentally allowing for athletes to increase not only their ability to play their position, but understand the game in a more complex, and strategic manner. Our goal is to provide athletes with the proper amount of both on-court repetitions and off-court analysis in order to improve in their desired positions.

Positional Training Clinics are level-based and are outlined with pre-requisites and a passing evaluation by the coach to advance to the next level.

Level 1 Positional Training Clinic – Introduction

  • Clinic will focus on Serving and Passing
  • Clinic will focus on Hitting and Setting
  • Maximum total athletes per session: 24
  • Cost is $35 per session
    • Buy a package of 10 and save $50
      • Packages purchased for level 1 must be used on level 1 training only
  • Must pass coaches evaluation to progress to Level 2

  • This clinic is ONLY available to Club, Mini Club or Travel Team Players ages 14 and up

  • This Academy will focus solely on advanced skills and techniques
  • Maximum total athletes per session: 24
  • Cost is $35 per session
    • But a package of 10 and save $50
      • Packages purchased for level 4 must be used on level 4 training only
  • This clinic is ONLY available to Travel Team Players ages 15 and up
