**Note: JJVA is a nonsmoking facility. There is no smoking at all on the grounds. Additionally, no grills are allowed in the parking lot during any events.

- This will be a Level 3 USAV-sanctioned event
- AM WAVE
- All Teams will be in the AM Wave.
- Doors Open: 9:00 am
- First Match Start: 10:00 am
- Last Match Start: 3:00 pm

Officiating Assignments
We will supply an R1 for each match. Your team will be assigned to officiate certain matches when not playing. Please ensure you have at least two line judges, a scorekeeper who is able to complete the USAV scoresheet, a libero tracker, and a visual (“Flip”) scorekeeper.
Rosters
Please submit your rosters in SportWrench by Thursday, November 30, 2023.
Team Check In
Please Check your team online in SportWrench. Online Check-in opens Monday, November 27, 2023, and closes Thursday, November 30, 2023.
Facility Rules
- There will be FULL concessions at the JJVA Cafe inside the facility – serving breakfast, lunch (Including Chick-fil-A), and dinner items with a large variety of healthy options for our Athletes and Fans – cash and credit are accepted. Skip the Line, and Mobile ordering is available.
- No outside food may be delivered or brought inside the facility, and No coolers are allowed inside.
- If your team is not ACTIVELY playing, we ask that the spectators and team move away from the court area to allow seating for spectators watching the teams on the courts.
- Due to allergies and safety concerns, there is a no-pet policy at the facilities – We gladly allow service animals with correct documentation.

Spectator Tickets
Tickets are available for purchase on SportWrench and go on sale one week prior to the event. Tickets cost $15 for a one-day pass or $25 for the weekend. Children five and under are free. There will be no CASH at the door. Please have your QR Code / Ticket and ID when entering or re-entering the facility.

The success of our tournament relies on the combination of dedicated volunteers and established partnerships with our sponsors. Those teams requiring hotel accommodations are asked to book only through Avanti Travel Group.

Registration
Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only after completing online registration and payment. Registration will open on August 1, 2023.
Cost
$250 per Team
Registrations will be NON-Refundable after November 17, 2023
