Team TAP (Ages 13-14)

Ever wanted a low key, stress free way to try volleyball? JJVA offers age group team based training to enhance your basic individual volleyball skills! This is a beginner level training and team program designed to introduce fundamentals to new athletes pursuing the sport of volleyball. This league is coaches by both JJVA staff and junior volleyball coaches.

MiniVolley (Ages 9-10)

This program is designed for athletes ages 9 & 10 who are interested in progressing in the sport of volleyball. This program is a level up from our Volley Stars Program, in which athletes will learn more advanced training techniques as well as different forms of competitive play including 4 vs. 4, 5 vs. 5, and eventually 6 vs. 6. All training will be using a light ball and lower net for athletes in order for rallies to be created, and learning through play can be nurtured. This is a beginner level program designed for athletes looking to learn in a fun environment with staff who are dedicated to growing the sport of volleyball.

VolleyBros (Ages 10-18)

VolleyBro’s will host practices on Fridays ONLY from 530-7pm

Next Session: Fridays only starting November 19th until December 17, 2021

Athletes will learn ALL SKILLS for 30 minutes with our professional coaching staff and then PLAY with our 10-18U boys club players for 30 minutes on court for maximum contacts.

VolleyStars (Ages 5-8)

JJVA’s signature VolleyStars is a program designed to teach motor skills, sports skills and volleyball skills to boys and girls. VolleyStars will provide your daughter or son the physical exercise and motor skills necessary to develop agility, stamina, balance, discipline, eye tracking, focus and attention skills, as well as the joy of movement. In addition, participants will learn the basic skills and game patterns of the great sport of volleyball.
