Basketball Training (Middle School Boys)

The program is designed for the middle school athlete who wants to be serious in the sport of basketball.  This program will help develop the player to become ready for high school basketball.  A competitive, but balanced environment, introduces more detail and a greater pace to the game. Each workout will emphasize ball control, hand and foot development, and the essentials of shooting and scoring.

The program will be two 75 min sessions a week.

Basketball Training (High School)

The program is designed for high school athletes serious about their roles on their teams and wants a program that will help them accomplish their goals related to high school and beyond.

These sessions are designed for those high school-aged performers that seek to get the absolute most from their game. Athletes will improve by utilizing detailed evaluation, pace, and consistency throughout each workout. Emphasis will be placed on ball control, footwork, game concepts, and shooting

The program will be one 90 min session a week.

Basketball Training (3rd-5th)

The program is designed for athletes who have experience in basketball at an early age. This program is developed for players who have had multiple years of experience playing basketball in an organized team setting.

The program will be one 75 min session a week and will focus on core fundamental mechanics that will set your player up for growth and success at the Middle School Level.

Participants will improve their footwork, balance, shooting form, and ball control.
