The program is designed for athletes who have experience in basketball at an early age. This program is developed for players who have had multiple years of experience playing basketball in an organized team setting.
The program will be one 75 min session a week and will focus on core fundamental mechanics that will set your player up for growth and success at the Middle School Level.
Participants will improve their footwork, balance, shooting form, and ball control.
