Facility Evening Crew – 4:30 PM -10 PM, Monday-Friday

Core job duties/Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughness and Attention to Detail:
    • A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to spot areas that need attention are crucial.
    • Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
    • Surface Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and fixtures.
    • Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
    • Restroom Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
    • Supply Replenishment: Restocking restroom supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
    • Window Cleaning: Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
    • Time Management: The ability to efficiently complete tasks within a given timeframe and prioritize tasks effectively is important.
    • Problem Solving: The ability to identify and address issues that arise during the cleaning process, such as spills or stains, is necessary.
  • Physical Endurance: Cleaning often involves physical exertion, so a good level of physical fitness and endurance is beneficial.
  • Additional Tasks as assigned by the Facility Director and must have transportation to and from work

Experience:

  • Cleaning Techniques and Equipment:
    • Proficiency in: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces.
    • Experience with: Cleaning various floor types (Concrete, tile, carpet), windows, and restrooms.
    • Knowledge of: Cleaning chemicals and their proper usage, safety protocols, and storage.
    • Ability to: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
