Attendance Protocols
- JJVA is a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the grounds. Additionally, no grills are allowed in the parking lot during events.
- No outside food, drinks, deliveries, or coolers will be allowed in the facility at any time.
- Due to allergies, we do not allow any pets in the facility. Service animals are always permitted with proper documentation.
- The JJVA Training Facility has ample seating available at all courts and does not allow lawn chairs in the facility.
- No grills or any other open flame are allowed in the parking lot at any time.
- JJVA follows the USAV Spectator Code of Conduct and will not tolerate rude or aggressive behavior toward staff, players, other spectators, or officials within the facility.
- The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office provides JSO Police Officers for each tournament.
- A licensed Athletic Trainer will be on-site at each tournament.
Center Court Cafe
- There will be full concessions (Including Chick-Fil-A) available during tournaments.
- The Center Court Cafe offers a wide variety of healthy options and traditional tournament foods.
- Save Time and Avoid the Line! Look for the Center Court Cafe Mobile Ordering QR codes throughout the facility.
- The Center Court Cafe accepts cash, credit, and Apple Pay.
Cool Digs Pro Shop
- The Cool Digs Pro Shop is open at every event.
- Providing necessary equipment like: Spandex, Balls, Socks, Pre-Wrap, Athletic Tape and Whistles
- Many unique souvenirs are also available.
- The Cool Digs Pro Shop accepts cash and credit.
