**Note: JJVA is a nonsmoking facility. There is no smoking at all on the grounds. Additionally, no grills are allowed in the parking lot during any events.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

AM WAVE: 14 USA, 14 OPEN, 15 USA, 15 OPEN, 16 USA, 16 OPEN. – Gates Open: 7:00AM First Match: 8:00AM

PM WAVE: 17 USA, 17 OPEN, 18 USA, 18 OPEN

A minimum equivalent of 4 matches is guaranteed.

Facility Rules

  • There will be FULL concessions at the JJVA Cafe inside the facility – serving breakfast, lunch (Including Chick-fil-A), and dinner items with a large variety of healthy options for our Athletes and Fans – cash and credit are accepted. Skip the Line, and Mobile ordering is available.   
  • No outside food may be delivered or brought inside the facility, and No coolers are allowed inside. 
  • If your team is NOT ACTIVELY playing, we ask that the spectators and team move away from the court area to allow seating for spectators watching the teams on the courts.
  • Due to allergies and safety concerns, there is a no-pet policy at the facilities – We gladly allow service animals with correct documentation.

JJVA welcomes Avanti Travel Group as our exclusive travel partner for all our tournaments. The success of our tournament relies on the combination of dedicated volunteers and established partnerships with our sponsors. Those teams requiring hotel accommodations are asked to book only through Avanti Travel Group. 

Avanti Travel Group has secured blocks at all participating host hotels, so contact them early to book your team or reservation. We thank you in advance for your support.


REGISTRATION

Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only after completing online registration and payment. Registration for this event will open on August 1, 2023.
