Refunds for tournaments will be applied to each individual event as follows:
- If team cancellation/withdrawal occurs greater than 30 days before the event start date, team will be entitled to a full refund, less processing fees.
- If team cancellation/withdrawal occurs within 30 days before the event start date, team will NOT receive a refund.
- If an event is canceled, teams will be refunded 90% of the original event registration fee.
