The JJVA Positional Training Clinics are designed to provide athletes with the opportunity to train specifically based on their position. These volleyball positional training sessions are carefully structured to help athletes fully understand the responsibilities and key skills required for each position on the court.

Drills are tailored to progressively increase in difficulty, both physically and mentally, allowing athletes to not only enhance their ability to play their position but also to grasp the game’s more complex and strategic aspects. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player, our volleyball position training will elevate your skills and game understanding.

Our goal is to provide athletes with the right balance of on-court repetitions and off-court analysis to excel in their desired positions. The clinics are designed for all levels, offering volleyball position training for beginners as well as advanced volleyball skills training.

Each session is level-based, with pre-requisites and a coach evaluation required to advance to the next level, ensuring athletes receive the most appropriate training for their current skill level. We offer a variety of positional volleyball clinics such as serving and passing, hitting and setting, as well as specialized volleyball training for hitters and volleyball training for setters.

Level 1 Positional Training Clinic – Introduction

• Clinic will focus on Serving and Passing
• Clinic will focus on Hitting and Setting
• Maximum total athletes per session: 24
• Cost is $35 per session
  • But a package of 10 and save $50
    • Packages purchased for level 1 must be used on level 1 training only
• Must pass coaches evaluation to progress to Level 2

Level 3 Positional Clinic – Select Dates Available

• Maximum total athletes per session: 24
• Cost is $35 per session
  • But a package of 10 and save $50
    • Packages purchased for level 4 must be used on level 4 training only
• This clinic is ONLY available to Club, Mini Club or Travel Team Players ages 14 and up

Level 4 Positional Clinic – Select Dates Available

• This Academy will focus solely on advanced skills and techniques
• Maximum total athletes per session: 24
• Cost is $35 per session
  • But a package of 10 and save $50
    • Packages purchased for level 4 must be used on level 4 training only
• This clinic is ONLY available to Travel Team Players ages 15 and up
